Meta (WhatsApp) charges a small fee per order-confirmation message, roughly ₹0.15 each in India. It is billed by Meta directly to your own Meta account, not by us. For 1,000 COD orders a month that is about ₹150.
Not to start. Without business verification, Meta lets a new WhatsApp business number message up to 250 customers a day, which covers most small stores. If you grow past that, Meta will ask you to verify your business in your own Meta account.
We store only what is needed to confirm orders: order number, amount, the customer's name, phone and shipping address. Your WhatsApp access key is kept on our server only and is never shown on any page. See our Privacy Policy.
