Terms of Service

By signing up for Orderlane you agree to these terms.

The service

Orderlane sends a WhatsApp confirmation message to your customers for Cash on Delivery orders placed on your Shopify or WooCommerce store, records their reply, and shows the result on your order board. We set it up and maintain it for you.

Fees

• One-time setup fee: ₹1,499 (launch offer for the first 10 sellers; normal price ₹2,999).
• Monthly fee: ₹999, paid in advance by UPI, covering up to 250 COD orders a day.
• WhatsApp message charges (about ₹0.15 per message) are billed by Meta directly to your WhatsApp Business account. They are not part of our fee.

Late payment

If the monthly fee is not paid within 5 days of the due date, the service pauses: new COD orders stop getting confirmation messages until payment is received. Your data is kept and the service resumes after payment.

Your responsibilities

You must own the store and WhatsApp Business account you connect, follow WhatsApp's Business and Commerce policies, and use the service only for genuine orders. You decide which orders to ship; Orderlane gives information, the shipping decision is yours.

What we don't promise

We don't guarantee a specific reduction in returns, because results depend on your products, customers, pincodes and courier. The savings shown by our calculator are estimates. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the last 3 months.

Cancelling

You can cancel anytime by email or by deleting our link from your store. Fees already paid for the current month are not refunded except as described in the Refund Policy.
